Финансовая помощь в форме субсидий для развития промышленности

The program, established by the Russian Government's decree № 3648-р on 15 December 2023, allocates financial assistance in the form of subsidies from the federal budget to the budgets of regions with a medium level of response (Republic of Crimea, Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk regions, and the city of Sevastopol). The purpose is to co-finance the expenditure obligations of these regions for providing funds from the regional budgets to regional industrial development funds. These funds will grant subsidies to entities in the industrial sector. The total budget allocation for this program is 1,964,329.6 thousand rubles.
