特定高度情報通信技術活用システムの開発供給及び導入の促進に関する法律（特定半導体生産施設整備等関係）

This program is designed to encourage businesses to invest in the development of high-performance semiconductors and their production facilities. It establishes a plan certification system for the development of high-performance semiconductors and their production facilities, provides subsidies for the funds necessary to implement certified plans, and sets up a fund for subsidy payment. The law was established in the 207th Diet (extraordinary session) and came into effect on March 1, 2024.
